This session aims to demonstrate how these advanced generative AI tools can significantly improve productivity, streamline workflows, and foster a more efficient and effective development environment. We will explore the capabilities of autonomous software engineers, including Amazon Q for Developers and other open-source autonomous software engineering frameworks that can be deployed on AWS, which enable the automatic implementation of new features directly within project repositories.

Currently, as a leader at HRS Group, Olalekan spearheads the ProcureTech Engineering organization and oversees three cross-functional data product teams, with over 50+ person organizations. His strategic leadership and direct involvement have resulted in significant top-line impact for HRS Group.
