Boston is a major transportation hub, attendees can get to the venue via several different types of transit, including flying into Logan Airport, taking a train to North or South Station, taking the “T”, driving, or riding a bike to the venue. 

✈️ Plane 

The closest airport is Logan International Airport (BOS), about eight miles from the venue. 

🚕 Taxi

From the airport terminal, you can follow the signs to Ground Transportation to take a taxi to the venue. (around $45, 20-45 min depending on traffic)

📱 App Ride/TNC

Apps like Uber or Lyft offer service from Logan Airport. After requesting your ride, follow the App Ride/TNC signs to Central Parking. 

🚅 Massport shuttle and MBTA subway 

Boston has a comprehensive public transportation system known as the MBTA or the “T,” with bus lines, trolleys, and subway trains. The MBTA’s Trip Planner or Google Maps transit directions will help you to research the options. To access the subway, catch a free Logan Airport shuttle bus to the MBTA Blue Line Airport station. You can then purchase a Charlie Card or Charlie Ticket. Take the Blue Line inbound train to the Government Center stop and transfer to the Green Line B branch outbound toward Boston College.The closest stop to George Sherman Union is Boston University Central (3 min walk, green line) and the closest bus stop is Commonwealth Ave & University Rd (1min walk, bus 57) 

🚙 Parking 

Pre-paid and self-pay parking options are available at various locations on campus. A large volume of self-pay parking is available at the Agganis Arena garage which is about a 10-minute walk from the George Sherman Union.

🚲 Biking 

There are around 2,400 bike parking spaces all over campus which you can find on BU Maps. The closest bike parking to the venue is located at 765 Commonwealth Ave.
