Vivek obtained is BS in Math & Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and his MS in Computer Science from Indiana University. Before joining Microsoft (through the Nokia acquisition in 2014) he worked in a variety of industries doing product development and consulting. At Nokia and Microsoft the focus has been on building Machine Learning solutions at scale on Azure.

Vivek has had a variety of leadership positions over the years . He finds the most rewarding aspect of leadership is to help mentor and develop talent in the delivery of products. MAIDAP is the perfect location for him to help develop new talent for Microsoft's product teams.

Vivek lives in the greater Boston area with his family and always has a camera with him to capture anything that catches his eye.
