Arun Joseph is the co-founder & CEO of Exord Systems, building infrastructure for autonomous operations ,  turning AI compute into reliable operational work at enterprise scale.

Before that, Arun headed AI engineering at Deutsche Telekom, where he envisioned and led one of Europe’s early agentic PaaS platforms, deployed at multi-country scale. The platform later became part of the Eclipse Foundation as Eclipse LMOS, an open-source execution infrastructure for agentic software.
