What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and major credit cards. A payment charged to your credit card or Paypal account is processed directly by us in the funds stated on the website. Please note that the InfoQ Dev Summit is a trademarked and wholly-owned brand of C4Media Inc., which is located in Canada. Customers outside Canada or cards denominated in other currencies may incur foreign transaction or exchange fees from their issuing bank. C4Media does not control nor collect these fees.

Can I pay for my InfoQ Dev Summit Boston ticket by invoice?

You are able to pay by invoice online by checking the "Do You Want to Pay Later by Invoice?" checkbox during registration.

When paying by invoice, our terms are NET 30*. Net 30 means that payment will be due 30 days from the day on which you register and the invoice is issued. PLEASE NOTE that this may mean the pricing will increase if the 30-day deadline falls within the next early bird discount period. Refer to the FAQ section “What are the early bird discounts” for full details. Carefully review the registration early bird deadlines and pricing changes on the pricing table to check the price you will pay.

Payment by invoice online will be available until May 31st, 2024 (subject to change without notice). All invoices must be paid in full by June 7th, 2024 in order for attendees to receive a badge and gain access to the conference. After May 31st, 2024 you can email us at payments@devsummit.infoq.com to request payment by invoice. This request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any tickets purchased after June 7th, 2024 must be paid via credit card or Paypal on our online registration portal. Only participants who have paid for the event in full will be admitted and receive access credentials.

*except where an invoice is issued between May 6th, 2024, and June 7th, 2024, in which case payment is due no later than June 7th, 2024.
If I’m unable to attend InfoQ Dev Summit Boston, what options do I have?

Registration fees once paid are non-refundable. However, if for some reason you can no longer attend InfoQ Dev Summit Boston, you can still make use of the ticket:

  • Transfer: You can transfer your InfoQ Dev Summit Boston ticket to another person until Friday, June 21, 2024 (transfer fee is waived). Email info@devsummit.infoq.com to request the transfer and include the new attendee's First and Last Name, Email Address, Job Title, and Preferred Pronouns.
  • Watch recorded presentations online: You can watch the sessions recorded at InfoQ Dev Summit Boston on the presentation page during the 6 months following the conference. Session recordings will become available 2 weeks after the conference.

It is the responsibility of the transfer-giver to make sure that the transfer-recipient receives and agrees to these Terms and Conditions, and is fully informed about the requirements of attending InfoQ Dev Summit Boston 2024, including but not limited to COVID-19 and other health-related requirements. Failure of the transfer-recipient being made aware of or agreeing to these Terms and Conditions will not be a reason for a refund.
